We spend other people's money as if it were ours.
AMT is a performance marketing company. We run paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, affiliate, CRM, creative, and the measurement underneath all of it — for companies who would rather know what worked than be told it did.
Twelve years, 500+ projects, and more than $200 million of paid media managed a year.
Eight disciplines, one accountable team.
Channels are not the point. The point is the number at the end of the quarter. We keep every discipline in house so nobody can blame the handover.
Search is the only channel where people tell you what they want before you spend a penny.

You own everything
Ad accounts, tracking, creative files, partner contracts, and data. We work inside your assets. If you leave, you leave with all of it and nothing breaks.
Fees are separate from media
We do not mark up media, take rebates, or earn more when you spend more. Our fee is stated, fixed, and independent of budget.
We will tell you when to stop
If a channel is not incremental, we will say so — including when it is a channel we are being paid to run. That is the whole reason to hire an independent.
What the work looks like.
Client names withheld under agreement. Sectors, methods, and measurement are described in full.
Twelve years of accumulated campaign structure. Budget allocated by history rather than by intent, and a long tail of queries absorbing spend nobody had reviewed since launch.
Read the approach →SaaS Attribution rebuild for a B2B software platformFour separate reporting layers disagreed with each other. Platform-reported conversions were double-counting across channels, and four years of ad-hoc tagging meant nobody could say which number was right.
Read the approach →Financial services Lifecycle programme for a regulated consumer brandThe majority of marketing budget was going to replace customers the business had already acquired. No segmentation beyond product held, and no onboarding or win-back journeys at all.
Read the approach →Marketplace Affiliate programme reset for a two-sided platformCommission was being paid on a large volume of conversions the platform appeared to be winning anyway. Terms had not been revisited since launch and partner mix had drifted toward coupon and brand-bidding traffic.
